Standard Booth Information
Standard Shell Scheme will include the following items:
Walls The walls of the shell scheme booth consist of white octanorm panels
Fascia Panel insert 220mm wide supported by an aluminium frame.
Fascia name will be provided for front side.
Furniture 1 reception table, 2 chairs and 1 wastepaper basket.
Lighting 3 units of 40 W fluorescent tubes mounted to the back of the booth.
Power 1 X 13 amp power point will be supplied to each stand regardless of size.
Height Shell scheme stalls will be at a maximum of 8 ft. in height


  • Shahjehan hall is located on Ground Floor, next to Plenary Hall. It has centralized air conditioning. Tea / Coffee will be served here.
  • Raja Bagh is located in Open lawn and will be covered with hanger structure. Lunch and Tea / Coffee will be served here.

Booking Process:

  • Please click on respective tab.
  • Create your Login ID.
  • Book Stall through dropdown option.
  • Process payment through invoice and payment tab.
  • After processing payment an confirmation letter will be sent to your registered email id.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Exhibition Charges are inclusive of all taxes, as applicable presently. Online payment gateway charges will be added at the time of payment.
  • Stall is confirmed only after the receipt of full payment and will be based on the date of receipt of payment. In case of bank transfer the payment should reach us in 5 working days or else the stall will be released for sale.
  • One complementary delegate pass will be provided per stall. Which will be inclusive of access to Sessions, Trade Exhibition, Conference Lunches and Gala Dinner on 5th February.
  • One company can book maximum 3 stalls.
  • Additional exhibitor registration can be booked @ INR 10000 per person. This is inclusive of access to exhibition area and two lunches. GST will be charged extra. These charges does not include access to conference sessions and any conference giveaways.

Cancellation Policy:

  • All Cancellation should be made in writing and sent to Conference Secretariat
  • No refund will be made after booking the stall
